In-Person Counselling
A calm, private space for thoughtful, face-to-face therapy.

I try to create a truly welcoming environment that feels like a place you’d like to hang out and have a great conversation over a cup of tea, not a clinical assessment. There’s a chalkboard in my office that I sometimes fill with lists and diagrams so you can snap a photo before you leave. Pocket full of inspiration – to go!
In-person sessions can be especially helpful if you find it easier to focus when you’re in a dedicated space away from home. Many people appreciate having a quiet place where they can set aside the distractions of everyday life and give themselves time to reflect, talk things through, and explore new perspectives.
Sometimes we’ll sit and talk, and other times we may use worksheets or do some inquisitive exercises to help organize thoughts and look at a situation from different angles. Being in the same room can make it easier to slow down, notice emotional shifts, and work through things at a comfortable pace.
My office is designed to feel relaxed and informal. There’s no desk between us, and you’re welcome to bring a coffee, tea, or water with you if that helps you settle in. The goal is simply to create a space where honest conversations can happen naturally and where you can feel supported while working through whatever is on your mind.
Office Location
Suite 908 – 938 Howe Street, Vancouver BC

If you have an in-person appointment after 5pm the front door may be locked. I’ll come down to meet you in the lobby 5 minutes before your appointment time to let you in and guide you upstairs. There’s a Waves coffee shop right next door if you need a place to hang out for a while.
There’s pay parking on the street and an underground parkade that’s accessible from the alley behind the building. The closest Skytrain stations are Vancouver City Centre, Granville, or Burrard. They’re all approximately 5 minutes away by foot.
I hope you’ll leave my office feeling energized and excited about your life,
the way you see yourself, and the opportunities that lay before you.
You can talk to me.
