Rates & Payment
I know that reaching out for support is a big step, so I want this process to feel as simple and transparent as possible. Here you’ll find all of my session rates and payment options. Fees are the same for online or in person sessions. If anything feels unclear, I’m always happy to answer your questions.
Mini Check In – 30 minutes $75
Adults – 60 minutes $150
Adults – 90 minutes $200
Students – 60 minutes $110
Students – 90 minutes $150
Late Cancellation Fee (less than 24 hours) $50
Sliding Scale
If you are considering starting therapy but the cost seems too high, please feel welcome to book a free video consultation to discuss. I do have a special discounted rate to offer people without insurance coverage or for whom cost is a barrier to getting help.
Payment Options
In your Jane profile, you will be asked to setup a credit card on file (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) but this does not prevent you from paying by cash or e-transfer if you prefer. You’ll get a receipt by email the same day as your payment is received.
Documentation Fees
At your request, I can provide documentation such as clinical notes, appointment records, or letters confirming that you are a client in my care. Where documentation is intended for legal or medical purposes, clients are asked to specify in writing any parameters regarding disclosure. Standard fees as listed above will apply.
Insurance & Direct Billing
If you have a medical benefits package with any major insurance provider (such as Manulife, Canada Life, Desjardins, Green Shield, Blue Cross, Industrial Alliance, and more) you may be eligible for some cost coverage. Enter your policy number into your Jane account and your coverage will be calculated immediately, so you only pay your portion without having to wait for reimbursement. If you don’t have insurance, please enquire about my discounted rate.
