How I Can Help You
Let’s be clear right up front: I’m not here to fix you. Because you’re not broken. What I can do as your mentor is help you get unstuck, get your sense of direction locked in, and start making decisions that actually feel like yours again.
I Help You Get Clear
Clarity is underrated and wildly powerful. Getting really clear about who I am dramatically changed my life trajectory. Let’s slow things down just enough to sort the signal from the noise. Together, we’ll identify what actually matters to you right now (not what should matter, and not what looks good on paper).
This often includes:
- Naming the real issue beneath the surface question
- Clarifying your values, priorities, and internal conflicts
- Untangling indecision and mental overwhelm
- Making sense of a life transition or turning point
I Help You Navigate Transitions
I can help you orient yourself, regain trust in your own judgment, and move forward without rushing or bypassing what needs to be integrated. Endings, beginnings, and in‑between phases can quietly drain your energy or drag on for ages. You might be:
- Coming out of a relationship or redefining how you date
- Rebuilding after burnout, loss, or disappointment
- Shifting careers, identities, or lifestyles
- Feeling successful on the outside and restless underneath
I Help You Change Patterns (Without Shame)
Most people already know what their patterns are. The frustration is not knowing how to interrupt them. The goal isn’t self-improvement for its own sake or because you’re not inherently good enough. It’s what self esteem looks like in action. We’ll look at patterns with curiosity, not blame, especially around:
- Relationships and attachment
- Boundaries and how to hold them without pushing people away
- Repeating work or life choices that don’t actually fit anymore
I Help You Reconnect With Agency
At some point many smart, capable people lose their sense of authorship. Life starts feeling reactive instead of chosen. Sometimes that feels like survival mode. Our work restores your ability to make choices you like, and act from a place of alignment rather than pressure or fear. Agency is quiet confidence. You know it in your body, not just your thoughts. That can look like:
- Trusting yourself again
- Making cleaner or bolder decisions
- Crafting your sense of vision and direction
- Practicing discernment instead of people-pleasing or overthinking
Three Ways To Work With Me
Casually – you can always book a one hour or a half hour session whenever you want. Feel like you need a check in? Have big questions about a certain situation you aren’t sure how to respond to? Make an appointment thru my free Jane app anytime, there’s no commitment to continue.
Regularly – join my Mentoring Program for ongoing support. You can set your own pace and budget. Choose to meet with me privately once every month, every other week (most popular choice), or every single week to get on track and stay there. Memberships auto-renew monthly but you can cancel anytime. Lowest hourly rates!
Intensively – sign up for one of my Chapters bundles. I’ve created several 8-week coaching programs designed to support you through some of the classic life experiences that we all usually go through at some point. Choose a topic that resonates and we’ll dig into it deeply with self-directed homework assignments between sessions. Then, you can step into this new understanding to live it fully and freely with no commitment to continue working with me. Some people will opt to sign up for ongoing Mentoring at the end of a Chapter once they experience the benefits of continuity.
A Final Word
Most people don’t need a grand reinvention. They usually just need a guide, a grounded big sister who’s already been thru it and can help you learn the lessons without making the same mistakes. They need wisdom, permission, inspiration, and momentum. That’s where I come in. If any of this resonates with you, we’ll probably be a good match. Please feel welcome to book a free 30-minute video call to ask any questions you may have (with zero obligation) before you decide to commit.
